Larry offers comprehensive experience in spec writing and implementation; mix design; production; compaction; and TQM. While at Maryland, Larry had significant training in TQM, including team building and facilitation. Larry has also attended training courses at Penn State, University of Maryland, Loyola College, State of Florida, and numerous in-house trainings in Maryland.
Larry has facilitated numerous meetings and workshops as lead facilitator for AASHTO Lead State Teams, other AASHTO Teams, FWHA Teams, and numerous teams and workshops in Maryland. He has also facilitated many pavement-related meetings that included all pavement types.
