The concept of Warm Mix Technology started in Europe in the early 1990’s, it’s is a relatively new technology in the US.
Larry has been on the cutting edge of the research and implementation actives since 2005 and has been involved with construction of demo projects California, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New York, Ohio, Virginia, and Wisconsin. Larry has a great deal of experience working with a variety of mix design methods, including Superpave, Marshall, and Hveem.
Larry has also been the author and co-author of a number of reports featuring Warm Mix Asphalt technology, including "Missouri Department of Transportation and Pace Construction: Warm Mix Demonstration Project."
